Working with us

Scope: Each engagement is defined in a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline, and price. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.

Payment: Projects are billed in milestones. A deposit is required to begin work and final files are delivered once the balance is paid.

Ownership: On final payment, you own the delivered site and content. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Liability: We build with care but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.
